Your TTISI Consultant, manager, HR-associate, coach or trainer has provided you with a response link. Use this link to enter the secure TTISI survey site. Depending on the goal of the assessment you are about to make, you can now start completing one or more online surveys.
While responding, there are no right or wrong answers. There is no grade to earn, no test to pass. The overall goal of the TTISI assessments is to (better) understand your strengths and qualities. Though not the main focus of the assessment, your weaknesses are not overlooked. They offer great opportunities for growth.
Your responses will be presented as narratives, graphics, and/or tables consolidated into a report. You can share this report with mentors, coaches, managers, trainers, co-workers or any other person who plays a role in your professional development. When applying for a new job, your report may be a good starting point to find out whether a role, a position or an environment are the right match for you.
